Regulatory & Licensing

  • Update your Colorado real estate license affiliation with DORA.
  • Update your business address with the Colorado Secretary of State.
  • Notify your E&O insurance provider of the change.

Financial & Administrative

  • Update your address and contact info with your bank(s) and any payment processors.
  • Notify your preferred title companies, lenders, and other transaction partners.
  • Update your address with the Colorado Department of Revenue and any applicable local tax offices.
  • Submit a USPS Change of Address.

    • Buyer/seller packets
  • Update your CRM and any marketing templates.
  • Notify past and current clients, referral partners, and vendors.

Transaction & Office Systems

  • Update your contact information in:
    • CTM
    • Skyslope
    • DocuSign Rooms
    • Other transaction management tools
  • Review your active and pending MLS listings and update your broker/office details.
